Cannot Accept a recurring meeting

One of my users cannot accept recurring meetings. He gets "There is not
enough memory available to perform this operation" in Outlook 2003. This
happens both on a local copy of Outlook and on one via Citrix Metaframe
Server. I have tried some of the on-line suggestions, but to no avail. Any
help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Diane:

Thanks for your reply!

The PC should be up to date by tomorrow AM. The exchange server also. My
thought was to save the user's e-mail folders to a .pst, delete then recreate
the mailbox, then import folders, including calendar, into the new mailbox.

What do you think?? Any help would be appreciated. I will have access to
the user's PC tomorrow morning until 2:30 PM ET.

Best Regards,
Mike

That is certainly worth a try - I'm not 100% sure it will fix it, but many
things are fixed by a new mailbox.

Hi Diane:

I thought you'd like to know that a new mailbox fixed this issue. I
exported all Outlook folders to a .pst, then deleted the mailbox, recreated
the mailbox, and imported all folders from the .pst.

Again, thanks for your help.

Best Regards,
MR
