Cancelling outlook and switching it to another computer

Essentially I set up outlook 2007 on a test Virtual Machine Server with my cox e-mail address (I was testing out some outlook integration on windows server), and now that receives most of my e-mail. I can't see any of my e-mail when I manually log into cox's e-mail webpage. I decided that I should try to install Outlook 2007 to my main computer and hope this makes things more proper/fixes my dilemma.

SO, I installed outlook 2007, set it up with the same information / ingoing address / outgoing address and I have a strange/worse problem.
When I send messages to myself (put my e-mail address in the "to" box), I receive these messages in my "other" outlook, IE if I send one on the main computer, I receive it on the VM, if I send it on the VM, I get it on the main, etc. My VM still seems to get the bulk of my e-mails, and has all of my past e-mails. One day I'm planning on deleting this VM, and it's running on a trial version of windows that will expire one day, so it's kinda a potential future problem for me when I won't be able to access all my old e-mails in the future via the webpage or my main vista outlook.

Can someone help me get my main Windows Vista computer's e-mail to receive all of my past e-mail? I really just want to set up outlook on vista as my only outlook recipient. Realistically I'm willing to uninstall outlook from the VM altogether at this point..

1. Close outlook on the VM (and don't open it ever again. )
2. Find the PST the VM uses and point the new install to it. (Copy it from
the VM to the local hard drive if its not using a shared folder on the local
drive.)
3. Edit the profile of the VM's outlook to leave mail on the server, just
incase you open it again. This way all mail will be downloaded by both
copies of outlook.

I can't seem to find the pst file. Apparently it's supposed to be in the "outlook today" folder, but I cannot find this folder anywhere.

No, that is one way to get the location of the pst -right click on the
folder and choose properties to find the path.

Go to File, Data File Management and select the pst, then Open Folder. This
will open Windows Explorer to that location. Close Outlook, wait a couple of
minutes then copy the pst to the hard drive.

I'm still confused. What folder do you mean to right-click on? The outlook today folder?

I think I might have another problem -- pointing a file to or from the VM / copying a file from the VM to the host / shared folders / external harddrive, etc>> I can't seem to figure out how to move files off the VM. I know this is an outlook forum, but I'm just saying, this may present a problem anyway. I'm trying to figure that out at the moment.

Ok ok. Nevermind, I guess you've answered my question.

Now I need to figure out how to copy this PST file into either a shared folder or a USB drive...virtualbox makes this process very difficult. I've been struggling figuring out how to do this all day.
