canceling a print job

I tried to cancel a print job after it already started, and it is still
trying to delete it 20 hours later. I also canceled it on the printer itself
and it stopped the printing.

How do I really delete this print job??? help!!!

I've had this problem before. Don't know what kind of printer you have, but
the only way I've been able to solve that is to completely shut down the
printer AND computer; then reboot and hopefully the job is gone; if not,
just delete the printer and reinstall it.

Reboot the computer. That should clear the stuck job.
