Can You Disable Reports?

We have valuable lead data and would like to the following.

We would like to disable users from exporting lead data or being able to copy it in any easy fashion.
(Meaning exporting 1000's of leads)

We will have 3-5 sales people that will have a bulk number of leads assigned to them.
Should we have each sales rep manage their own personal db?
Again security of this data is important.

Is it possible to assign a reps name to imported leads so it is clear who it belongs too?

Any ideas or suggestions for this setup is much appreciated.

I figured it out. You can remove it from the menu.
