Can you create a Distribution List by catagories?

In my contact folder, I have 200 people under a certain catagory. Instead of
manually clicking and adding each person to create a distribution list, is
there a quick way to tell Outlook to create a Distribution list from a single
catagory?

Thanks in advance for any advice

Not an easy one, but if you've already created Categories, why do you also
need a DL?
