Can we convert or import an address book from Lotus?

Recently transitioned from using Lotus e-mail to Outlook. Trying to figure
out if it's possible to import / convert the Lotus personal address book to
MS Outlook.

If you can export your items to a supported file type that Outlook can import... then yes.
