Glad it worked out for you.
The TCP autotuning problem is rather obscure.

Don't reinstall McAfee, install the free Avast instead.

Gary could you be more specific as I have the same problem. When I search for
cmd a dos program opens and right clicking dose'nt do anything. I'm at my
wits end Help Help!

Just searching for "cmd" should not cause that command to
open in a DOS window until you left-click on it.
Don't left-click when that name shows up in the search results.
Right-click on it.
