can receive but not send email

Outlook Explorer will not let me send out email. i get an error message. it
doesn't seem to be with my internet provider. I can search the web and
receive messages.
Can anyone suggest anything?

Hi ... Try this , Open outlook express and do the following >>> Tools >>>
Accounts >>> Click the " mail " tab >>> Then properties of the left >>>
Then the " Servers " tab >>> Now place a check mark on " My server requiers
authenication "

Now see whether if you can send emails
