Check your Language settings here:
http://www.gemal.dk/browserspy/language.html

Alternatively, just enter these three script fragments one after another
in your Address bar and capture their results:

javascript:navigator.browserLanguage
javascript:navigator.systemLanguage
javascript:navigator.userLanguage

I think that you need to make sure that userLanguage is Thai [th]
e.g. using the Language bar in your Systray.

I had the same problem. I even ran CCleaner and re-installed IE and I still
couldn't write in Thai. I then uninstalled the Google toolbar and that
seemed to solve my problem. Give it a try.
