Can Outlook do the same as Eudora's "redirect"?

In Eudora, when you "redirect" a message, it is forwarded, but the FROM:
line still shows the original sender, not the person who forwarded it (you).
In other words, if John Doe sends an email to Joe Blow, and Joe Blow
discovers that it really should have been sent to Lori Lady, then Joe Blow
redirects it to Lori Lady. When Lori gets it, the FROM: line shows:

FROM: John Doe (by way of Joe Blow)

Can Outlook do this? TIA.

Open the message, then select Actions -> Resend this message...
