Can not see other computers on Network Neighborhood

So i have five computers on my home network. The main computer i use,
and my storage box can see eachother fine, but my other three, two
laptops, and one desktop, can not see my main one or my storage. I
have tried many different configurations with no luck. None of the
other three are running a firewall, and i have tried them with there
antvirus and stuff disabled. tried static IP's to and no luck. PLEASE
HELP

One of the most common causes of this problem would be a misconfigured or
overlooked personal firewall, or other security component. There are several
other possibilities too, and any might be the cause of your problem. Read this
article with an open mind.

Or, we could look at "browstat status" and "ipconfig /all" from each computer,
and diagnose the problem. Read this article, and linked articles, and follow
instructions precisely (download browstat!):
