Can not removed detected spyware

Having problem that MS AntiSpyware (MSAS) detects the
following three items: WinTools, MediaTickets CDT and
IBIS Toobar. When I attempt to remove MSAS just
disappears and does nothing. Disabled my Virus Scan and
tried again to no avail. Am trying to manually remove
but not getting to far. In the mean time IE does not
work and appears to have been hijacked. (Kids computer
and tempted to leave it that way).

use MSAS on safe mode. when you turn on computer hold F8
or delete and simply select safe mode
