Can not print at all!

Hello.
I've made Windows Update (several hotfixes were installed) and now I can't
print on any printer or fax.
Simply says 'Test page failed to print.' when trying to print a test page.
'Windows cannot print due to a problem with the current printer setup.' if
printing from Word 2003.
What can I do to resolve that? I can't print on any printer at all. I've
reinstalled printers several times with no result. I've found some message
regarding my problem -- some specific hot-fix made that. What can I do to
fix that?
I've installed everything from critical section of Windows Update.
