Can MS AntiSpyware be installed on a server running Terminal Services

I may be wrong, but neither are on the list of supported systems right now.
And while it may install and work at the server level for MS Terminal server
with Server 2003, etc... you will have problems. And again, I don't think
it's on the official Beta testing list of supported servers. I don't have
that hardware to comfirm if it unofficially works or not. Good luck. I doubt
it will work perfectly if at all at this point in time.

This is a beta version, to use betas within corporate servers
sounds to me a little bit desperat. Enterprise version is
coming.

Wait for Beta 2 atleast ?

True, if you are looking into this MS AS beta 1.0.509 as a free solution to
spyware protection for that hardware, that is not a good idea at this time.
I am sure you have already heard the recommendation to use a non-free corp
solution. Since I am unfamilair with that hardware, I don't have any
recommendations for other protection that would work for you.

Just to be clear--no installation of Microsoft Antispyware is supported.

Installation on production machines is discouraged.

I've seen reports of high memory usage when installed on Terminal Servers,
and of alerts relating to on-the-fly printer installation on Citrix.

If I were trying to do this as a means to cleaning up a problem, I would
want to do it in maintenance time, and be able to log on as each individual
user, clean, and uninstall.

I wouldn't want to just install as an app for all users and leave it
running--too much risk for me.

Well, for servers I really think all admins must contact a
MS solution partner
and get real advices about how to solve server issues.

Inside the cert.org guide we have a lot about how insure
quality.

But perhaps this desperation to deal with spyware goes beyond
everything but I dont think so.

I suspect the 'desperation' that is shown here is from those running an
enterprise and that they have their hands full with malware on pc's
throughout.

I won't get on a soap box and preach user education, best practices, or not
allowing the users to run in Admin mode.
