Can I translate a document from English to Spanish?

I have an XP and am running Word 2000. I am looking for a way to translate a
document from Engligh to Spanish. In Microsoft Help it said to click on
Tools, language - but I do not have a "Dictionary" to Look up and "translate".

Please HELP!!

The software has a language for you to write on with spell checker but it
does not have a translator. As a professional translator I can assure you
that mechanical translators would not work for an important document, only
for casual or curiosity type knowledge. If you go into google, you will find
some there. If on the other hand you need a dictionary, you chan check the
Royal Academy of the Language dictionary on-line.
