Can I sync my Palm to the Public calendar in Outlook?

I sync my palm to the Outlook calendar but need to map the sync to the public
calendar. Is there a way to do that, or can every entry in the public
calendar be copied by default to my private and I can sync from there?

It depends on your synch software, not Outlook.
