found in Access 97, 2000 and 2002. I do not have Access 2003, so I cannot
provide the exact text for that version.
Access 97
1. GRANT OF LICENSE. This EULA grants you the following rights:
Applications Software. You may install and use one copy of the SOFTWARE
PRODUCT, or any prior version for the same operating system, on a single
computer. The primary user of the computer on which the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is
installed may make a second copy for his or her exclusive use on a portable
computer.
Access 2000
1. GRANT OF LICENSE. This EULA grants you the following rights:
Applications Software. You may install, use, access, display, run, or
otherwise interact with ("RUN") one copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, or any
prior version for the same operating system, on a single computer,
workstation, terminal, handheld PC, pager, "smart phone," or other digital
electronic device ("COMPUTER"). The primary user of the COMPUTER on which the
SOFTWARE PRODUCT is installed may make a second copy for his or her exclusive
use on a portable computer.
Access 2002
1. GRANT OF LICENSE. This Section of the EULA describes Your general rights
to install and use the Software Product The license rights described in this
Section are subject to all other terms and conditions of this EULA.
General License Grant to Install and Use Software Product. You may install
and use one copy of the Software Product on a single computer, device,
workstation, terminal, or other digital electronic or analog device
("Device"). You may make a second copy of the Software Product and install it
on a portable Device for the exclusive use of the person who is the primary
user of the first copy of the Software Product. A license for the Software
Product may not be shared.

Yes, as long as you are the primary user of the laptop. Check out the EULA
(End User License Agreement), which you should be able to find on the
Contents tab of the Help file.
