Can i set up Outlook to get my messages from Yahoo! ?

I wanted to know if there is a way to set up Outlook to get my messages from
Yahoo! If so, what is the URL that i would use? Would it be the homepage:
www.yahoo.com or the mail login site or what? Also, i cant even set it up to
work to get my Hotmail messages. Is there anything special that i have to do?

You have to pay Yahoo and Hotmail if you want to access them in
Outlook/non-web clients. Yahoo offers POP mail - Hotmail is HTTP.
