Can I set up multiple "Custom Shows" and run them together?

I have a slide show running with a Custom Show set up. About 35 slides
repeated 20 times during which time I run continuous music. I wish to add a
video presentation during this running but when I do, I can still pick up the
continuous running music. I wish to run about 1 hour of slide then run the
movie then another hour of slide but I don't want to keep to playing the same
music (about 20+ songs) each time the slides restart. I thought if I can
set up multiple "custom shows" I might be able to run these multiple shows
just as I would run multiple slides in on custom shows. Anyway to link
custom shows together to run as a continuous presentation? Thanks.

Here's a thought:
Save the custom shows as independent presentations including making one for
your video, then use Taj's tutorial described here to set everything up:
http://www.awesomebackgrounds.com/powerpointlinking.htm
Set your music to start on your main screen and loop continuously and make
sure none of the pther presentation play any sounds that will stop the music.
Your presentations should play interspersed with your video and if your
music is playing via the MCI player it should continue to play while your
video is showing.

Glenna,

Thank you for the info. I will have to look over the tutorial to see if
I understand it and give it try. If I run into any problems I'll post
something here.
