Can I set default autoarchive rules with msi?

Does anyone know if autoarchive rules can be set in an .msi so that
each new installation of Outlook will have our companies autoarchive
settings? I would need to do this for OL2002 and OL2003.

Search Microsoft's website and get the Office Resource Kit for 2002 and
2003. (Also known as ORK2002/ORK2003). Use the Custom Installation
Wizard and the Office Profile Settings Wizard to create a Transform
(.MST) file. When you install Office, use the command line provided by
the Custom Installation Wizard to apply your alterations in the .MST
file to the .MSI file for Office.

The best resource to refer to would be the Office Deployment Guide on
Microsoft's website. It has details on everything. This should get
you started though.
