can i set a reminder sound to send a letter at a certain date?

I am going to be getting a new secretary and I am trying to streamline the
work she needs to do. Isn't there something you can set on Word that will
make a sound or alarm or something go off at certain times/dates during the
year so she can remember to send a certain letter at a certain time?
