Can I set a printing preset to print double sided?

Polar bears are drowing! Surely I can set it up so that my documents
automatically print double sided? The preset I set up doesn't seem to work.
Would love some help! Thanks :)

This is a printer driver setting, not something you can set in Word, much
less in a specific document.
