Can I send email to many people using user-defined fields search?

I am curious as to whether, in Outlook 2003, you can use the results of an
advanced find of your contacts (which have custom/user-defined fields) to
produce a target prospect mailing list. I am able to find the contacts that
meet the criteria I am looking for, but cannot figure out how to send to all
results. Also, when I try to find those same contacts by clicking on the To:
button in mail, advanced find does not have as many options. Can anyone help
me?

Better to use a filtered view of your contacts folder, not Advanced Find. Once you have all the contacts in the view, select them, then choose Tools | Mail Merge to begin the process of performing a mail merge through Word. All your custom fields will be available to the merge.
