Can I save all attachments en masse

Using Win XP, Outlook 2003.
I often receive many small documents or pictures attached to received
emails.
I save them one by one into a folder - a tedious procedure when there are
many files....
Is there any way that I can select them all before saving them en masse (all
together) into a folder?
