I had a system freeze that forced me to do a hard reboot. When the system
came back, both Explorer and IExplorer throw an error message stating " ''
is not a valid date " on startup... EVERY TIME.
This is extremely annoying. Does anyone know how to repair this? (I suspect
that it is somehow related to a component common to both.)
