I attempted to find a method native to Outlook to do this and couldn't. In
Outlook 2007, and in most previous version IIRC, if you right-click on
Personal Folders and select Properties from the context menu, you will see a
Folder Size button on the General tab of the resulting dialog. Clicking that
button gets you a scrolling list of all of the folders, but that's only the
first step. I'm running Outlook 2007 under Vista. The Snip Tool in Vista
would allow me to capture the folder list piecemeal, but not in toto.

I happen to use a very nice screen capture utility called SnagIt (by
TechSmith). It is able to capture the contents of scrolling windows very
easily, and it can even output the capture directly into various Office
applications -- like Excel, for instance. If your need for this printed list
is great enough and / or if you might have other uses for that product I can
recommend it very highly. I've used it for years and have found it to be of
great value whenever I needed very special screen capture capabilities.

Go to techsmith.com and look for the Free Trials link. I think you'll like it.
