I once had a utility in W98 that permitted organization
of programs, so after clicking the START button they
appeared in categories: Utilities, Applications,
Communication, Multimedia, etc. with drag 'n drop.
There's a third party utility called VISTA START MENU,
but before I buy it perhaps there's some way to do it
that's native to Vista.
