Can I Lock an image into a word document. Make it secure?

Hi there.

I want to put a scanned signature at the bottom of some word documents, but it woiuld be good if I knew it was secure. Is it possible to stop it from being copied once the electronic version of the document has been recieved and opened?

I know there are always ways around it... print the document, scan it and reuse it that way for example. But whatever I can do will be useful.
