Can I do this in Outlook 2002?

I am a real estate agent collecting rent (in South Africa) on behalf
of +-200 landlords. Some landlords have buildings that are
multi-tenanted, others have single houses or factories. Many of the
leases have annual increases over 3 to 10 years. Some tenants have
options to renew or extend their leases 3 or 6 months before an expiry
date.
I wish to build a contact list of owners (landlords) and tenants,
including their physical, postal and email addresses telephone
numbers, etc, as well as being able to enter full details (commencement
date, rentals, expiry date, etc) of each lease.
Will I be able to somehow enter all of the above and will Outlook 2002
be able to remind me of all tenants' options, annual rental increases
and final dates of leases? Will I be able to write/email standard form
letters to tenants informing them of rental increases etc?
I am comfortable in Outlook Express, but a complete rookie in Outlook.
Thanks in advance for any help/advice or perhaps a suggestion to use
some other software.

Yes, you should be able to do that within Outlook. For some things you'll
need to create custom forms (meaning that the layout and functionality of
the New Contact form must be modified).

I don't know if there are other applications availbale for this. Perhaps ask
your real estate colleagues?
