Hi,
I am trying to extract my document's outline to save to a different file so
I can distribute for review rather thean the entire draft document. But when
I copy the outline from Outline View and paste it to a different doc, it
brings all the body text with it. Also, how can I bring an outline into
PowerPoint?
Thanks!

File/Send To/Microsoft Office Powerpoint

And this is probably the best way to get the outline back into Word. Just go
into Powerpoint's Outline View, copy the outline and paste it back into a Word
document...
