Can I apply effects & transitions to all pictures on a storyboard?

I have a storyboard with probably over 300 pictures. I did not add
transitions or effects to them as I added them. What I want to do now is
select one effect and apply it to all of the pictures... instead of having to
drop it on each induvidual one.

Any help is greatly appreciated!!

select the first one on the storyboard.... then use the Control-A keys to
select them all... then right click on the transition or effect and tell it
to go the storyboard, and it'll go on all of them
