Can dialog box appearance be altered?

I have a small sized form that users enter parameters into so they can view a
report. Because it is used so often, rather than having it pop up when the
report is selected, I have it displayed on another form permanently. I would
however, like to change the appearance somewhat. Purely as a result of
personal preference.

I'd like to have the form NOT display the caption bar at the top of the
form, so it appears as just a "box/border". I want to place the report name
in a label in the form so that I can alter the font style and size.
Furthermore, if I could change the default windows dialog box border (or make
it invisivle) to my own border that would be better yet.

Any feedback about the possibilities of this is appreciated!

Set the form's Border style to None, Record selectors to No, Scroll bars to
Neither, and Dividing lines to No. Change the form's background to a medium
gray. Collectively delete all the controls on the form. Don't do any
cutting and/or pasting until you paste these controls back. Place a
rectangle on the form with the background you want (contrasting the gray) and
size and place it so you see a gray border around it. Paste the controls and
move them where you want them. Size the form, by trial and error, so that
you see an even border when in form view. Voila!
