camedia nad widows problem

[JANNA HOWE]Hi I am new to this site. I am having trouble downloading m
pictures to the computer. I spoke with Olympus and they seem to think i
is a problem with Windows. I have the program CAMEDIA installed but I a
unable to access it.
Therefore I cannot download any pictures. Any ideas will be welcome.

Please help us to help you. What does "I am unable to access it"
mean? What happens when you try? If you get an error message,
please quote it verbatim.



What camera do you have? You shouldn't need to use any special
software to do this.

I also have an Olympus camera that uses Camedia, but I have not yet
installed Camedia since installing Windows XP or updating to SP2, so the
problem you have I might also have.

What version of Camedia Master are you using (2.1, 2.5, 4.0, 4.1), or are
you using Camedia Utility C511?

Does the camera connect via serial port or usb?
