How do I get rid of call-out boxes in Powerpoint? I am trying to print a
presentation that was prepared by someone else. The boxes do not show up on
the slide, except in print preview, but they show up when printed. Thank you.

Hi Karen,
In the print dialog check if 'Print Comments and Ink Markup' is ticked. Turn
it off and then print and see if it helps.

You're right... it is grayed out. Guess that's not the problem (or maybe the
author protected it somehow). Thanks, though! I appreciate it.
