calender usernames in view

Hi,
We have a problem where users want to view mulitple calenders (up to 15) at
at time and they need the users name to display at the heading of the
calender. This works if you don't have the users's mailbox added as an
additional mailbox via tools-accounts and if you user the open other user
folder option. If you have the user mailbox permanently added as an
additional mailbox their calender only appears under "My Calenders" not
"Other Calendars" and doesn't display the users name as part of the heading
when viewing. Is there a way to achieve this view option without removing the
users mailbox as an additional mailbox option?

add the user's calendars via open shared so they are in the shared calendar
section and always select them from the shared section. You can leave the
mailbox in the profile...
