Calendar Label Coloring

We use MS-Exchange with Outlook in our organization. We
also like to use calendar label coloring of our
appointments to organize them. Currently, when we invite
others in our organization to appointments, the label
coloring does not get forwarded to the other recipients.

Does anybody know how to allow the coloring to be sent
with the appointment?
