Calendar invite time issue

Some users at a client of mine, domainxyz.com, had a problem with some
users sending meeting appointments out and people on the invite list
get a different time than the sender had setup. It doesn't happen all
of the time nor does it happen to all of the users. When I was there
last and heard about it I sent some test appointments from the user
who told me about the problem to other users in the domain and all was
good. The time zones, dst settings, and times were all ok on both the
users machines and the server. After looking around and the user told
me the appointments were with people of the same outside domain, I
said the problem was at the other end.

Apparently it is still happening and I've been sending test
appointments from their domain to domainabc.com, domain123.com, and
here to myself and another user in my office and then from the outside
domains back to domainxyz.com. I've sent 7 or 8 now and all have been
ok except for one from domainxyz.com to domainabc.com. I then sent
another one from domainxyz.com to domainabc.com and it was ok. It
appears to be an intermittent problem and I can't explain it thus
far.

Anyone have any thoughts.

I forgot to mention that the test meeting time the recipient got was
an hr later than I had set it up for. The meeting was sent from a
Outlook 2003 and the mail server is Exchange 2003, if it helps any.

Somewhere on your PC, the recipient's PC, or the server(s) between, the
daylight saving time value is incorrect or someon has chosn the wrong time
zone. Wait a week. It will probably repair itself.
