Calendar has disappeared.

When I click on Calendar (bottom LHS) all I get is a list of my appointments.

I have looked everywhere and cannot find a means to get the calendar back.
By calendar I mean things like the days of the week, the menu items to
select how the calendar is shown etc. Damn weird. I have used it for years
and have never had it 'disappear'.

G'Day Thomas,

1. make sure you can see the 'Advanced' Toolbar.
View>Toolbars>Advanced (should be checked).

2. On that Toolbar there is a dropdown list of 'Views'
(tooltip is 'Current View').
Change the View to either of the 'Day/Week/Month'
views.
