calculate number of business days between the 2 dates

Hi Experts,
I have a query, I want to calculate number of days between 2 given
dates...to be more clear i want excel to calculate only business days
monday-friday and not saturdays and sundays. Please help me...
 
If you have the analysis toolpak installed in Excel, then you can use the
NetWorkdays function. See Excel help for details.
 
LOL, yah I built that function from scratch only to find out that it was
already built in when I went to show off my new toy to a coworker. They were
like "Uh, dude, I hate to rain on your parade but that already exists."
