C/:WINNT\SYSTEM32\SERVICES.EXE

I just installed Windows 2000 and Microsoft Office 2000 on
my laptop (it previously had Windows 95) and now the
following error message comes up every time I turn it on,
and it shuts down every time. C/WINNT\SYSTEM32\LSASS.EXE
Does anyone know how to fix this, or what the problem is?
Is my computer too old to handle this version of windows?
Thanks for your help!!

Is there any status code information in the error message?
