C:\windows\system32 opens on start up

The window for C:\windows\system32 opens up when booting up the computer. As
far as I know it's not creating any problems right now, but I am concerned it
can. Do I need to worry about this? and how do I make it stop? I've
checked in the msconfig under startup but there is so much there I don't know
which one if any should not be there.
