C:\WINDOWS\system32\lsass.exe

When I start my computer I get the following message
telling me I have 1 minute to save anything:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\lsass.exe
terminated unexpectedly with status code 1073741819

It then proceeds to shut itself down then restarts. Then
the same message reappears then it shuts it self down and
restarts. It keeps doing that ensuring that I cannot use
my computer for longer than a minute (which isn't long
enough to start a program and open a file).

How do I fix it so I can actually use my computer?

Can't seem to find the files referred to on the webpage
though. Strangely my computer stays on for a bit longer
now but then restarts itself. But..and here is where it
gets interesting...it no longer tells me it's going to
restart itself so I still can't use it!!!

I've tried upgrading my virus scan but it restarts in the
middle of downloading.

At a complete loss.
