C++ Errors?

I am running windows 2000... sometime when a pull a
report from an externel source...I get a Microsoft Visual
C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error! Program:C:\Program
Files\NEC\GNAV Client\jre\bin\javaw.exe

I pull this externel data for our ACD reports...most of
the time they are fine...however if I recieve this
message the application terminates?
