bypassing internet connection wizard

I just created a new user roaming profile but each time a user gets on the
internet explorer, they get a restriction error saying that they have been
restricted to run the internet connection wizard. Is there any setting in the
group policy editor to bypass the internet connection wizard?

You can set that policy in the user configutation

User Configuration\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Internet
Explorer\Disable Internet Connection Wiazrd
