Bypass hold shift in password protected db

Hello everyone

Since my last update on the FE of a client I have been told to do another.
In my last update I implemented procedures that allow the new FE to update
links to the tables in the BE of the client.

The FE is password protected. When I try to run it says:
"The Microsoft Office Access database engine could not find the object
'Databases' "

This is all fine since I don’t have remote access to the clients BE.
OK so you are thinking "hold down shift while you open DB, so it doesn't run
the initial scripts".... right???

Well the problem is that I have to release shift key in order to type the
password witch prevents me from bypassing the switchboard... yes I know the
password to open the FE.

Could someone help???

P.S. - I was hoping to avoid having to ask the client for disabling the
password and sending me is version so I could update on it.
