Button to add date along with the text

Hi, i need urgent help plz, i have a button and a text box to write notes. What i want to do is enable the button to let a user to add a date on clicking the button in the text box with a space but also let user type in after inserting date.

Any help will be much appreciated as i am learning vb codes.
