Windows XP Business Database Backup Error

I am using Windows XP with McAfee security and MS Office Professional Outlook 2003. When using my Outlook 2003 Business Contact Manager I am unable to backup the database. Each time I try, I get the error message: "Some exceptions occurred during backup. Back has been aborted". When I look in the backup folder I created in the first step of the backup process, there is a file named "MSBusinessContactManager.msbcm" there with no data in it. I am selecting the File, Business Database, Backup option on the main Outlook toolbar.

Any suggestions?
