Business Contact Manager in Outlook 2003

I am using Outlook 2003 with SP1, but don't know how to start Business
Contact Manager. I have since downloaded BCM from Microsoft but still cannot
see where to start it in outlook. I cannot see the BCM folders. Please help

So you downloaded it, but did you run the installer?
File -> Data File Management (you may have to expand the File menu to show
hidden items by clicking on the arrow on the bottom of File menu)
Add BCM Database from that dialog box.
