Business Contact Manager form problem

After moving contacts from the contacts folder into the
Business Contacts folder, the contacts failed to open
using the business contacts form. Error message: The
custom form could not be opened. Outlook will use an
Outlook form instead. The form required to view this
message cannot be displayed. Contact your administrator.

I am the administrator. Please tell me how to get my
business contacts form back so I can see the business
activity. It works fine if I move the contacts into
Accounts, but not if I move them into Business Contacts.

Try this Diana,
Open Outlook,
1. On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Other tab.
2. Click Advanced Options.
3. In the Advanced Options box, click Custom Forms.
4. In the Custom Forms box, click Manage Forms.
5. In the Forms Manager box, click Clear Cache.
