Business Contact Manager for Outlook 2007 install fails

One of my users who has Office 2007 asked me to install Business Contact
Manager for Outlook 2007. I got the install files from our company's MOLP rep
and ran the install. It asked me to install two Hotfixes for .NET, which I
did, then proceeded with the BCM 2007 install. At the very end it said
installation failed and pointed me to the log file.

I've pasted the last section of the log file below. Note that it says
installation failed but I can't see any reason why.

One of my users who has Office 2007 asked me to install Business Contact
Manager for Outlook 2007.

Are they using an Office suite that allows BCM installation? BCM questions
belong in microsoft.public.outlook.bcm.

It is Office 2007 Enterprise edition.

I will try posting the question in the other group. I'm sorry I didn't see
that before.
